Lists go stale. Businesses close, ratings move, phone numbers change. If something on this site is wrong, we want to know.
What to send
The page it’s on, the exact detail that’s wrong, and if you have it, something we can check it against. A link is ideal. We verify every report before changing anything, including reports that come from the businesses themselves.
How corrections are handled
Small factual fixes, like a phone number or a neighbourhood, we just make, and the page’s updated date moves. Anything that changes a position gets noted on the page instead of quietly edited, so readers can see the list moved and why.
We don’t pull a business off a list because it asked. Placement is our call, and being asked to leave isn’t a reason to change it. If a listing has something wrong in it, we fix what’s wrong.
If you are the business
Corrections are free and always will be. We won’t ask you to pay, subscribe or claim a listing to get an error fixed. If anyone contacts you claiming otherwise on behalf of Top Rated, it isn’t us. Please tell us about it.
