Finding the best of anything in Canada usually means opening eight tabs, distrusting six of them, and settling. We started Top Rated to do that work once, properly, and keep it current.

What we publish

Ranked lists across every category Canadians actually search for — restaurants and food, sports and fitness, travel and places, trades and home services, products, nightlife, wellness, and auto. Some lists are city-specific, some are national.

Why the dates matter

Most "best of" content online is undated, which means you have no way of knowing whether it was researched last month or in 2019. Every ranking here carries the month it was last checked, and lists that stop being maintained get marked as such rather than left to quietly rot.
